Terms of Service

Last updated: March 2, 2026

Welcome to Premier Laredo Concrete Contractor. By accessing or using our website at www.concretecontractorlaredo.com, or by hiring us to perform any concrete services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website or engage our services.

1. Services Provided

Premier Laredo Concrete Contractor provides residential and commercial concrete services in Laredo, TX and surrounding areas. Our services include, but are not limited to, concrete driveways, patios, slabs, foundations, stamped concrete, repairs, sidewalks, retaining walls, leveling, steps, pool decks, and garage floor coatings.

Service availability is subject to geographic location, scheduling, and the nature of the project. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.

2. Estimates and Pricing

All written estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date issued, unless otherwise noted. Estimates are based on the scope of work discussed at the time of the site visit. Changes to the scope of work after the estimate is issued may result in adjusted pricing.

We do not guarantee that a verbal or informal discussion constitutes a binding contract. A signed written agreement is required before any work begins. Final pricing will be detailed in that agreement.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in each individual project contract. In general, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards unless otherwise noted.

Late payments may be subject to interest charges as specified in the contract. We reserve the right to suspend work on a project if payments are not made on time.

4. Project Warranties

We stand behind our work. Specific warranty terms are included in each project contract. Generally, we warrant our labor and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of project completion. Material warranties may be governed by the manufacturer or supplier.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper use, acts of nature, vehicle loads exceeding design limits, tree root intrusion, or maintenance failures on the part of the property owner.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that we have proper access to the work area, that underground utilities are located and marked before excavation begins, and that any required permits have been obtained unless we have agreed in writing to obtain them on your behalf.

You agree to follow all post-installation care instructions we provide, including keeping vehicles off new concrete for the recommended period and applying sealant as advised.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Premier Laredo Concrete Contractor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the performance of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to that claim.
